“You Can’t Shovel Sunshine”

Dania and Ryan learned to Shovel Snow at a young age as both were raised with Midwestern roots. Dania was raised by her parents David and Karen Barone in Orland Park, IL, a suburb of Chicago, with her two brothers Mark and Jason. Ryan was raised in Grand Forks, ND by his parents Craig and Brenda along with his three brothers Chad, Matt, and Tim. Ryan and Dania met in Scottsdale where they learned very quickly that it isn’t possible to Shovel Sunshine and now call the beautiful state of Arizona home. Our passions as a family include spending time with our dog Barkley, watching Football with family and friends, playing Golf, and spending time at Lake Beltrami, near Bemidji, MN.

 

 

Ryan comes to Skarperud & Co. with a background in Banking as he spent nearly eight years with First International Bank & Trust holding numerous positions including Commercial Insurance, Business Development, and lastly held a position as Commercial Loan Officer, which helped him gain a wealth of knowledge when it comes to understanding market trends and helping clients make educated decisions when choosing financing. Dania comes to Skarperud & Co. with twenty plus years as a Physical Therapist at Honor Health  bringing a passion for serving people as she plays a vital role in helping individuals through some of the most trying times, helping patients gain the ability to lead a full and healthy life. Both Ryan and Dania bring a passion to Real Estate along with a desire to help. It is Ryan and Dania’s goal along with all our partners at Skarperud & Co. to deliver on the dream of home ownership, always striving towards providing a Top Shelf experience in their Real Estate transactions.
