My extensive knowledge of this city comes from living in
Phoenix since 1973. I love helping clients fulfill the American Dream of owning their own home, buying and selling real estate. Serving customers is a priority. I am committed to personal attention, focused & result oriented. I 'market' and actively seek the buyers on listings and seek out all opportunities for buyers.
While I embrace technology as a tool to help communicate with clients and market listings, I appreciate being able to communicate with clients "their way" By Email, Text, or by "oldschool" activities like answering my phone, listening carefully, and being responsive to my client's wants, needs, questions, and
concerns.
Practically a Phoenix native I live with my partner John Dyer
and our little dog Frekalz. In my free time, I enjoy Golf, Travel, Photography, Reading, RV'ing and Dancing
In my 17 years this business I've been perpetually confused and disappointed by the low baseline of ethical values, fiduciary responsibility and intellectual application of the real estate concept which is to protect our clients, so I decide to teach to see if I can help raise that bar. In 2017 I studied and got my license to teach continuing education to my fellow Realtors I am now a proud licensed instructor and co-owner of "the John Dyer School of Real Estate"
