"Jarrod went above and beyond in helping us to get our house ready for sale - he is full of great strategies. His pulse on the current market was right on as our appraisal came in on the dollar AND we were able to get a full price offer the first week. There were hang ups with the buyer's title company, appraiser, and realtor - but Jarrod remained cool, calm, and persistent to seal the deal. He worked extensively to keep the sale moving along and took every pressure in stride and off of us! I would HIGHLY recommend Jarrod Kinman to buy or sell property and I look forward to working with him again in the future."

"Jarrod was great. Very quick to get back on any issue. Very knowledgeable and professional. He helped us resolve a pending HOA issue that the prior owners were responsible for. He took us all over the Phoenix metro area to look at a number of different homes. The house we bought was listed the day before and I saw it on Zillow, called Jarrod and he rearranged his schedule to show it to use immediately."

"Jarrod was very helpful and personable from the beginning. As first time home buyers, he made it an easy process and answered any questions we had for him day or night with record response time. He went above and beyond finding us houses to view within our price range and location that we were looking for. He scheduled showings in a days notice and met the time frames that best fit our schedules. He also had resources for any home renovations we were interested in doing. He worked well with the sellers and got us our home for less than 10k below asking price PLUS an extra 5k for things that we needed fixed around the house. He found and closed our home for us in a matter of WEEKS. He even helped do research on the house we were renting at the time whose owner was going thru foreclosure. He is passionate about what he does and we recommend him to anyone that asks!!"
